Improved Production cars are defined as 'commercially available touring cars' and are allowed a reasonable level of modification to allow both the racer and the designer room to create an exciting form of race car.

Wakefield Pk Round 5 - Browny takes his first NSW State Title :: Newcastle's favourite son Ryan Brown pulled a clean sweep on the Wakefield Park competition on route to winning his first NSW State Championship. With little competition, Brown took pole and three wins at the Goulburn circuit and never looked like being challenged all weekend. Bob Jowett showed most of the Over 2 litre guys how to get around the Wakefield Park layout in his Under 2 litre Escort winning 2 of the 3 races in the Under 2 litre class. Points leader Jacky Yick still has a commanding lead in the chase for the Under 2Lt State Title with only 1 round to go..Results Here
Oran Park Round 4 - Only the Rain stopped a Keysie Sweep :: Queensland IPRA State Champion Justin Keys dominated Rd4 of the NSW State Championship at Oran Park Raceway. Keys, Ryan Brown and Graeme Watts were all notable speedsters across the weekend with Keysie finishing the weekend with pole and two wins before the down pour. Coupled with the Unders 2 litre flyers Jacky Yick, Louis Chan and Ryan Jagger, IPRA once again showed the best racing across the weekend reinforced by the deeper crowds once they rolled out on the grid. Well Done Guys.....
